Strata SFR ("Strata," "we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, when we share it, and the choices available to you when you use the Strata Marketplace (the "Platform").
1. Information We Collect. We may collect information that you voluntarily provide, including: name, email address, phone number, and company information; acquisition criteria and investment preferences; property, portfolio, financial, and transaction information; documents and materials you submit through the Platform; and communications you send to us. We also automatically collect limited technical information, including: IP address; browser and device information; login activity; pages viewed; usage information; and cookies and similar technologies.
2. How We Use Your Information. We use your information to: match Buyers and Sellers within the Platform; present relevant investment opportunities; facilitate introductions between potential transaction participants; respond to inquiries and communicate with you; operate our CRM and business systems; maintain security and prevent fraud; improve the Platform and user experience; and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
3. How Information Is Shared. Deal Information and acquisition criteria are shared only with users whose stated investment criteria or opportunities reasonably match yours and only as necessary to facilitate potential transactions through the Platform. We may also share information with trusted service providers that help us operate the Platform, including providers of: cloud hosting; customer relationship management (CRM); email and text communications; analytics; and security and technical support. These providers are contractually required to protect your information and use it only for the services they provide to Strata. We may also disclose information: when required by law; to protect our legal rights or the safety of others; or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, sale of assets, or other corporate transaction.
4. Cookies and Analytics. We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Platform, maintain security, remember user preferences, improve functionality, and better understand how visitors use our services. You may manage cookie settings through your browser, although disabling certain cookies may affect Platform functionality.
5. Text Messaging. If you opt in to receive text messages from Strata, message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance. Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
6. Data Security. We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we maintain. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Data Retention. We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to: operate the Platform; facilitate transactions; maintain business records; resolve disputes; enforce our agreements; and comply with applicable legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory requirements.
8. Your Choices. Subject to applicable law, you may request to: access your personal information; correct inaccurate information; update your information; or request deletion of your information. 9. Children's Privacy. The Platform is intended solely for business and investment purposes and is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes become effective upon posting the revised Privacy Policy on the Platform or otherwise providing reasonable notice. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
